Very disappointing experience at the Taco Bell on Winchester Rd in Memphis. The restaurant was nasty and did not look properly cleaned or maintained. On top of that, my food was served 15 minutes late, which is unacceptable when you’re paying for a fresh meal.
The overall experience was poor from the cleanliness to the quality of the food. I expect better from Taco Bell, and this location definitely needs to do better with cleanliness, food temperature, and overall customer service. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
So I went inside and ordered $7 worth of food, waited for 15 minutes in the lobby and I ended up walkin out because they were too slow!! Now I'm broke and can't buy anything else! No refund was given!

Was planing on ordering food walked into a dirty restaurant, some employee basting inappropriate music for a restaurant. Changed my mind very quickly

It is disgusting on the inside. From the door it's nasty. The ceiling is falling in and dripping something. The young people working are disrespectful. Cursing, pants hanging off their ass, and not wearing gloves. This place needs to CLOSED! I couldn't bring myself to order. It was just nasty!

Absolutely terrible experience. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for 20 minutes with zero acknowledgment. No “one moment,” no “we’ll be right with you”—nothing. Then the employee finally says, “Go ahead.” That’s just unacceptable customer service.
I specifically asked for my food to be HOT and FRESH, and it came out cold. I asked for fire sauce and kept getting hot and mild thrown in the bag. If fire sauce wasn’t available, simply SAY THAT.
And the drinks? Flat, nasty, and completely undrinkable.
At this point, nothing about this order was right. Cold food, flat drinks, poor communication, and zero attention to the customer. This was one of the most disappointing Taco Bell experiences I’ve had.
