Idk what happened to this taco bell. Used to be the best food and customer service and the past year the staff has been nothing but rude teenagers with attitudes. Idk if i trust these employees even handling food with how much they hate their job! It’s not that hard to find another minimum wage job if yall hate this one so much. No other taco bell in Memphis is this rude. The thing is too im always polite and saying “thank you” and “please”. These cashiers just sit there roll their eyes and toss the bag at you or yell at you. I dont get it. Hopefully some type of management will redo this location.

Talk about disappointed. The wait for the food was normal, and even though my order did not turn out correctly, the worst part of this experience was the rude cashier! She had a terrible attitude from the moment I was placing my order. My child wanted nacho fries and she informed me that they did not have any fried items. No problem. I ordered the rest and then asked for the fiesta potatoes. She then rudely stated that there was nothing fried. I said, sorry, I didn't realize they were fried. When I proceeded to pay, she asked if I wanted any sauce, hot, fire, or diablo. I responded by saying "mild please." Rudely she said very condescendingly, "hot, fire, or diablo." Now, with customer service, all she had to do was say, we only have hot, fire, or diablo-would you like any of those, and the understanding would have been clear. Further, besides being a paying customer, I am an adult being spoken to by someone almost young enough to be my grandchild, in the South, in such a disrespectful manner. Now, back to the food. I ordered two bean burritos without onions. Of course when I got home, they were full of onions. I couldn't eat them, and I live too far away to have returned. I don't visit Taco Bells too often, but this experience was just unacceptable! I hope they get their customer service in order!

Never in my life have I been served so quickly at a taco bell before. Not only that, my tacos were absolutely crammed full of ingredients. 10/10 would recommend

Please do not go to this location if your not ordering inside everytime I go here either my order is wrong, I am missing items or theres not meat in my tacos. Taco bell is not cheap for employees to be acting like making an order correct is hard. Iam not bashing the employees but the economy is not the best to be spending $40 on a meal to be missing food.

I consistently have only poor experiences at this location, which begs the question of why do I keep going back? Yesterday I placed an order in the Taco Bell app as I pulled into the drive thru. I told them so at the speaker. When I told the young woman at the speaker I had just placed an order she was audibly irritated and said I need to pull around again. I was confused so I went up to the window and she said "pull pull pull" and I said I'm sorry what does that mean and she said you just placed your order it's not ready yet and I said "isn't that the same for everyone who places an order at the speaker?" She made a big groan noise and said "you need to pull forward" and I said "you want me to pull forward right here? or around the front? Where do I pull up to? and she said "I don't care just pull forward and we'll bring it to you when it's ready." After sitting by the door for 15 minutes, I drove around again and she saw me, made a face, ignored me for a minute, then finally stuck my bag out the window without even saying anything to me. The food was sitting there in the drive thru the whole time, so was unsurprisingly cold and poorly made. The rice in my burrito had dried out and was like trying to eat a burrito filled with baby teeth. Trust me, once you've tried one you never want that again. To add insult to injury instead of making a burrito with lengthwise ingredients, (so you get beans, cheese, rice, sauce and sour cream in each bite) they made it like a topographical map of the earth...that is to say, first few bites are all the cheese, then 4 bits of all the Rice then at the very end of the burrito, allll the beans. I wish I could follow them around and go everywhere they tried to eat and prepare their food the way they did it here. I *will* return but only once more, to attempt a refund and if not, attempt an air burrito, but only at the building. Not the employees. Even if they are rude, they work at taco bell, albeit poorly, and isn't that punishment enough? Side note, they were NOT busy. No line and during my 15 minute wait only 2 cars came thru the DT
