  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had tonight at the Taco Bell on Union Ave in Memphis. I came in polite, trying to order food normally, and was immediately met with rude and hostile behavior from multiple employees. At one point, an employee sarcastically asked me, “Do you want us to work?” while I was simply trying to place my order. When I paid cash for a roughly $13 order with a $20 bill, I was handed back a pile of nickels and dimes as change, which honestly felt intentionally disrespectful. What crossed the line completely was hearing the manager talking negatively about me while preparing my food, including comments about spitting in it. At that point, I no longer felt safe eating anything prepared there, so I demanded a refund immediately. As soon as I requested the refund, the food was grabbed and thrown straight into the trash. This location seriously needs corporate attention, retraining, and accountability. Customers should never be treated this way, and nobody should ever have to worry about food tampering because employees are angry or unprofessional.

  Didn't have the medium cups tonight. I ordered a $7 luxe box, which includes a medium drink. I got to the window, and was handed a small, notifying me they were out of mediums. I asked if I should get a small, or a large, especially if I wasn't notified before I purchased. Drive through guy did the right thing, and then got me a large. It was refreshing to see someone do the right thing.

  Went to this place on April 11 around 10:30pm. Originally I ordered two taco boxes but recognized it would be a huge waste of money, so I no longer wanted it. I tried to signal the workers to not make the order but was ignored. When I told him I wanted something different the lead staff member came to the window and told me that I couldn't change my order because they are wasting the food and I couldn't do so at the drive thru window. I told her I'd go around and reorder to not hold the line and she agreed but she left me sitting in the drive thru and didn't take my order. When I questioned the wait, I was told that it was management. You can't force an order, people change their minds all the time.
