  ⚠️⛔️‼️ONLINE DELIVERY ORDERS ‼️⛔️⚠️ 🚩 if you were considering doing online delivery orders from this location, don’t do it. It took me less than 10 seconds to guess what this person was going to try and do with my ID. I placed an order through the subway app and the delivery service was going to be DoorDash. Within five minutes I receive a call From out of state and the person informed me they would need to see an ID before they could make the order! You read that correctly that’s what they said. I informed him I would not be doing that and I told them I am not going along with that. They said well you can cancel the order or whatever you wanna do with it. That’s perfectly fine but you’re not going to tell me it’s a part of the policy for DoorDash because that only applies to alcohol which subway does not serve alcohol, alcoholic beverages, and on a delivery order that would be the only time they asked to see a person‘s ID. I did try to call the store to talk to a manager. That person was not a manager, not an assistant manager, not even a GM! Be very aware just because a person owns or franchise. The store does not give them a right to make the rules of what Policies they think they can enforce is still your money‼️ I had them cancel out the order and even made sure to speak with the driver to see if there were any changes. If you’ve read this far, be glad that you did because I will highly suggest that if you have used your credit card debit card or anything outside of cash at this location have your accounts monitored. This is just a precaution because in today’s age everyone’s trying to scam one way or another.

  All I needed was a gift card the lady at the register says she cannot find it on her register how to do a gift card stated she has not done a gift card in years. She said she was gonna call her manager. Her manager did not answer the phone. I asked her is there another way that you can call another store to see if they can help you she stated they probably won’t answer the phone. She did not put any effort in trying to help me I felt like the service was bad she was already in a bad move from the previous guests that were standing in front of me doing an order. Customer service should always be 100% no matter what you’re going through or how your day has been customer service again is number one I will never ever stop by the store again.

  Customer service is usually good they had one issue but it was fixed immediately now very pleasant food is kept very fresh I always get the steak and cheese and I can never complain.
