    Just waited a whole hour literally for my food then when the girl brought me the food finally it was the wrong order I wouldn’t recommend this shit to a dog they are lazy and slow as hell here, had to flag down a worker just to wait another 20 minutes this is ridiculous I need a corporate number asap

    Once again I had a terrible encounter. The food was wrong, it took 30 minutes and they just couldn't get my order right. Sonic needs to go back to how it used to be. Stop hiring young people. They don't care and they are constantly messing my orders up.

    I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sonic thanks to the General Manager, Mike. From the moment I had an issue with my order, he stepped in right away with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly values customer service the way Mike does. He listened carefully to my concerns, handled the situation quickly, and made sure everything was fixed in a timely and respectful manner. What really stood out to me was his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. Instead of making me feel like just another customer, he treated me with kindness and understanding, which completely turned my experience around. Mike clearly takes pride in his job and leads by example. You can tell he cares not only about the customers but also about maintaining a great atmosphere at this Sonic location. Because of his outstanding problem-solving skills and dedication, I’ll definitely continue coming back. Sonic is lucky to have a manager like Mike leading the team!
