  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sonic thanks to the General Manager, Mike. From the moment I had an issue with my order, he stepped in right away with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly values customer service the way Mike does. He listened carefully to my concerns, handled the situation quickly, and made sure everything was fixed in a timely and respectful manner. What really stood out to me was his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. Instead of making me feel like just another customer, he treated me with kindness and understanding, which completely turned my experience around. Mike clearly takes pride in his job and leads by example. You can tell he cares not only about the customers but also about maintaining a great atmosphere at this Sonic location. Because of his outstanding problem-solving skills and dedication, I’ll definitely continue coming back. Sonic is lucky to have a manager like Mike leading the team!

  I didn't get everything that I ordered when the Young lady brought out my food. She had to go back and get the rest of my order. My smash burgers was lukewarm and my 2 order of fries were cold and greasy. I also ordered grove sauce for both of my combos but the manager refused to give them to me. He told me that I would have to purchase them although I added them on to my order on the app. 2 years ago this was the best Sonic in Memphis. Now the wait is 45 minutes and the staff don't pay attention to what's on your ticket.

  Asked and paid for double smash burger. Was given the regular burgers. If you dont have something then just say that. Don't substitute without the customers permission. I want a refund.

  Out of smashers so I ordered a sonic burger without onions and tomatoes. Young man came to the car to take order while I was at #7. Asked what I wanted. Took a while for him to return to my car to finish my order. Burger didn't have pickles and told, we're out of that too. Fries were not hot so had to send them back also. Another guy came out to my car and seemed quite upset that I inquired about my food order. I asked why I wasn't told, he stated that they were out of a lot of things due to the truck coming the next day. I can understand being stressed at the restaurant but no reason for rudeness to customers. Just be upfront and let us know what items you're lacking so I can choose a different place.
