  When preparing orders please provide napkins and be sure to check your products because the drink was flat.

  I have been to this sonic twice in the last month. I ordered a smash burger, 1st time. My food was hot and good. I thought I was getting something beside mustard, cheese and pickle. It was still good. My daughter and I go last night June 7th. I order the "Tropical bacon cheese burger", that is NOT what I got. UGH!!! I'm not sure what I have to do to get the smash burger I ordered. The onion rings and tater tots and the foot long was good. I ordered cherry limeade both times and NO CHERRY!!! When did they stop putting salt and a mint in the bag? I will say that the servers were extremely nice and polite and acted like they were glad to be there which was a nice surprise. The trip last night we had no clue what the person on the speaker was saying when they 1st came on to take our order, but someone got on speaker we could understand. Over all my experience was GREAT! I was unable to make a new review so I'm having to edit my 1st review. So here goes. I returned to Sonic 6/13 and finally got my Tropical smash burger. The onion rings were extra greasy and not crisp or crunchy. My CHERRY LIMEADE still had NO cherry. grrrr! NO MINT OR SALT. The car hop was extremely nice and helpful.

  Took in insanely long time and served all the cars around us faster and then forgot half our meal :)

  Car hop was friendly. I place my order through the app and was waiting less than 5 minutes. Great for those of us with limited lunch break.
