  Keep trying to like this location , but today I went to four different screens all broken so I couldn’t even place a order for a slush it’s 104 here today … come on guys we can do better than this

  The coconut dr pepper i had tasted flat and had a gross taste to it. They replaced it pretty fast with a sweet tea which was fine. And i ordered a pretzel from the app and i thought they forgot my cheese sauce but turns out sonic is greedy now and now charges for cheese sauce a whole dollar and didnt even make the pretzel cheaper. And on top of that i didnt get any salt on my pretzel. This is just bread no. No cheese. No salt. Its bland and gross.

  Customer service is horrible at this location. I ordered two mango peach refreshers and both tasted like water. No flavor what so ever. You can tell it was light on the flavor because it only had a tint of color. So I asked them to remake it or give me something else. They tell me that's against there policy. Now I have had these drinks at other Sonics and they were fine. The manager even said they have complaints about this drink. So either fix the issue or let people know when you order.

  The service was extremely slow. I bought the 5 pieces chicken tenders over cooked black hard inedible. They knew this food was badly prepared. Will not go back.
