  Not sure who y'all hired to take care of the food orders, but they are incompetent. My order was wrong three different times but the ticket was right on the bag. I understand in the front by the kitchen for at least 12 minutes. I told two different people about the issue. Finally, one of them comes out with my food. As I'm pulling out of the parking lot, another person comes out with the exact same order, trying to give it to me. No communication obviously. I also paid for a dirty Coke, and I got a regular Coke. By the time I got back in the car, my other bag of food was ice cold. I honestly should've got my money back, on top of the tip that I gave the car hop. Considering the fact that I walked myself to the front and stood there and waited on my order For entirely too long.

  I have now visited the Sonic twice today at two different times once this morning and then once this afternoon and both times my sweet tea has had a sour taste to it not a big one a very slight one. And I can't get nobody on the phone ever so maybe this might reach somebody to make sure that they're cleaning their tea earns out even the spout and taking it apart correctly

  My daughter and I were out for a treat and waited 45 minutes. Our drinks and ice cream never arrived. We ended up leaving and going down the street and received excellent and speedy service at a different business.
