  Grrrr the sonic apps needed to verify my email and phone with OTP codes in order to redeem my rewards. Now it was 9 o'clock at night and I sweating and on foot so I was already frustrated, just fair warning ya know? But I never gotta any codes. I really needed to save that $0.49 off a corn dog Momma! But I tried three times for my phone number and nothing. The appp kept crashing. Love tht I can tap to pay now. Used to have to order online as the only way to use TTP or digital card. App sucks. Corn dog? 🔥 Staff? 😏 Dignity Losing a Dollar? 🙃

  Placed order online checked in waited 30 minutes pressed button for an update was told I was already checked in. Waited another 30 minutes and was told they forgot to run it out. 3 drinks 1 hr wait.

  15 minute wait for two drinks! ridiculous, and the girl who spoke on the speaker asked as to move to a different speaker and waiting 10 minutes already and acted like she didn’t see the order. the girl who brought the drinks acted the same. bad attitude and slow service and this location, will not be coming back in the future
