I went to this location one evening for 2 milkshakes before it got too busy. Well over a hour later, still no milkshakes and now it’s crowded during a storm. They refused to respond to my stall light, and not answering any others. Simply trying to request a refund at this point. Will not be returning.

On a hot day we were desiring a delicious ice cream dessert. I ordered a cheesecake shake hubby ordered a Oreo shake! Even though not busy it took around 15 minutes, but expecting a longer wait means a thoughtful delicious treat, but no I look at gram cracker crumbs and a cherry on top whip cream on what I thought was a cheesecake shake. Yet after about 4 spoonfuls I see specs of black and no flavor of cheesecake, I’m like they messed up and put Oreo in this but instead of starting over they added a bunch of vanilla and we tipped! So no I will not be going back to this Sonic because if you mess up fix it or if you are out of the item say that because what if I had Celiac disease Oreos would be dangerous. Nevertheless Sonic’s in general are decent restaurants.

Sitting here completely blown away that they clean the floor with a hose like that. Entirely disregarding the food the are making. Water, soap, and whatever else that has been blown floor onto the walls, over the doors, all over the glass. No way that I’m going to eat my food. No way at all that was a sanitary way to “clean” the floor. No way all that “sloshing” was effective other than to get everywhere and onto everything. That was the wildest thing I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Who thought them to clean a floor like that? Tarzan? Never in my life have I seen such disregard to their surroundings, could care less food is around much less that a customer is sitting there watching them do it. It was a blue shirt so they had to have been taught better. Like why dude I’m sitting here starving and because you are having to clean the floor you have to be like that? It’s literally dripping down half the door, no way I believe for a second it didn’t hit the food area. $18 down the drain
