    1:24 on a wednesday and they’re sold out of a lot of popular ingredients. sold out of wings, sold out of stuffed crust pizza. what’s the point of being open with limited product

    I placed an online order at 5:18 PM with a 20-minute ready time. I arrived after 5:45 and wasn’t greeted, while others were helped. The manager walked to the back without acknowledging me and stayed gone for several minutes. When I asked about my order, she said the system shows orders as complete even when they’re not. After more waiting, she realized my order had been canceled due to confusion with a similar name. I had been waiting all that time for nothing, with my children, and was already late for an appointment. Instead of offering any solution—like remaking the order quickly, a discount, or arranging a later pickup—she simply offered a refund. The lack of professionalism and care was frustrating. When I called later, she dismissed my concerns, saying that’s just how she is. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and inconsiderate If I could give zero stars I would.

    Long review but in short, The manager Erica Hayes is highly unprofessional & a liar. She attempted to file a false police report, which is a criminal offense. To date, I haven't received my refunds or been contacted by anyone regarding this issue. In some sense, this is not surprising because Erica basically stated that her manager is the same way as her. April 10th, I placed an order for my son to pick up & pay in store. When he arrived, he was asked to verify that the order was paid for with a screenshot by Erica because the system was down. He called me to let me know. I said to ask how long they think the outage would be & she ignored him. I said to tell her I’m going to pay for another order online & screenshot it. And to ask if our original order was ready before I did it. He kept trying to get her attention but she ignored him. It's been 10 mins so went ahead & placed the order online. Moving too quickly, the 1st one wasn't correct so I placed another. I hear her talking loudly to other customers with a bad attitude. Eventually, she acknowledges my son. He told her I paid online wanted to know if our order was ready. She responded "I don't even know your name!" in a way like he was getting her nerves & walked away. She continued to ignore him & kept getting frustrated with other customers. I went to the store & asked why she was ignoring him. Admittedly, I was upset because of how she ignored & talked to my child, who is a minor. So we're both yelling at each other. She said he never said anything to her. I said that's a lie because I've been on the phone. I asked for the manager & the person over her. She continued to tell me he never said anything to her. I told her to just go get my food & cancel the orders. She walks to the back, calls the police, & says that she has a woman in the store who won't leave. At no point did she ask me to leave. In fact, I was the one that kept saying to go get my food & cancel the incorrect order so I could leave. 15 mins later, she calls back to say I'm still there. I stayed because I wanted my refunds. Afterwards, she came to the front on the phone. She kept saying, I'm not engaging. She hung up and said her & her manager on the same stuff so it doesn't matter if I talk to them. I'm thinking this is probably why she does this. Other customers told me she'd been talking crazy to them before I came. I told them I heard it on the phone. I kept telling her that all she had to do was issue a refund so I could leave & she ignored me. When other customers started commenting on it & she realized I'd been recording the entire encounter, she randomly threw out "It's cancelled." I said will I get a confirmation? Will it show online? She said I don't know. You gotta find out. I didn't believe she cancelled them. She had already lied to the police. Later, the guy in the back says my name & that my order is ready. I said, didn't you say it was cancelled? She went to him, "No! She's not getting no pizza! I'm refusing service!". 5 mins later, he said my name again (presumably for the corrected order I made). Everyone in the store laughs because it's obvious that she lied about cancelling the orders. She told him not to make any orders with my name. During this, a customer asked for a refund. She told him the system is down so she can't refund or cancel orders. So they argued. When they finished, I asked, how did you cancel my order if the system is down? She froze because she realized what she said & then ignored me. Eventually, the police arrived & she showed them that she tried to cancel my order but it said failure & to contact support. So she did lie to me. They asked how I should go about getting my refund & she told them, "I don't know". The officers were in disbelief about how she didn't know how to resolve this. I showed them the video & they agreed that she attempted to file a false police report because she never told me to leave. I contacted customer support & was told to contact the store. I sent an email & no one has gotten back to me. And still no refunds.

    Horrible customer service, light skin lady named Erica talks/deals with customers any kind of way in person or over the phone. There’s been instances while I was there of customers literally wanting to fight her because of how she talks. I personally was there one night dashing and she literally went off on one of her workers cussing, etc because she thought that the worker lied about their name to a customer when they had stated the problem was with Erica. I will not be bringing my services here ever because of her!

    Manager Erica was completely unprofessional tonight. She had an attitude with everyone because they were busy and the system went down. Some kid's mom came to the store when she heard how the manager was talking to him. The manager lied and said the kid didn't tell her about the order. But we all know he did because it's a tight space and we heard him. The mom asked who was the manager and Erica said You looking at her. The mom asked who was above her and Erica said there's no one above her. She told the manager to cancel the order and Erica went to the back and called the police. We all heard her say that she has a woman in her store that won't leave but she never told the mom to leave. Erica lied. She stayed in the back while other customers kept coming in but you could see her through the window still. She eventually came back up and said she's talking to the person that's over her. When she got off the phone, she told the mom that her "manager doesn't care about what's going on because they're on the same level". The mom waited on the police and was talking to us about Erica not cancelling the order. Erica finally said they're cancelled but the mom wanted proof because she didn't believe her. Another customer got mad and asked for a refund. She told him she can't do refunds or cancellations because the system is down. The mom said I thought you said you cancelled mine. Erica said she did cancel it. When the police made it, Erica told the police that she tried to cancel it but it didn't work. The store manager is a liar and whoever her manager is that supports this type of behavior is just as unprofessional. Many of us gave the mom our contact info in case she needed it with the police. But the police felt the same way we did. They don't know why she lied to the mom saying it was cancelled when she couldn't cancel it. She really escalated the situation. Definitely won't be back.
