  Nick was very attentive, and I was impressed when he offered a woman with walking difficulties to carry her food to her vehicle, he checked with me if it was ok 1st, that was very admirable of him.

  I don’t know who the manager is, but they need to get busy managing. I have never had a good experience from this location, it’s always something, I tried them again against my better judgement and made an order online, BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a large pan meat lovers pizza with cinnamon sticks, and a Parmesan cheese shaker, minutes later I got a call informing me that the dough for the pan crust isn’t available, so I said ok give me the hand tossed crust, what I got was thin & crispy, with no Parmesan cheese shaker 🤦🏽‍♀️. I had even more grief when I reached out on the chat line to get help with my order because apparently when you make an order online they can’t see the details of your order, I had to go back to my emails and check my receipts for the details of my order. Then they told me if I wanted a refund it would be a couple days before I could speak to someone about a refund. It’s like they don’t know nothing they just get your money, this is the worst customer service experience ever and the next time I get a craving for pizza I’ll look elsewhere!!!
