  I called to see have they delivered my pizza and the app stated that it was delivered and to enjoy. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone had gotten an attitude Yelling “IT’S COMING OUT. IT’S COMING OUT, IT’S COMING OUT!” I didn’t appreciate his tone and unprofessionalism on the phone. Like he’d ordered the food. It was Door Dashed and I didn’t order DoorDash. This was very not good. I ordered dipping sauces and did not get them. I want be Ordering from them ever again!

  These people are unprofessional and INCOMPETENT. I placed an order online and the money was taken out of my account. Called the store and they said the order “failed”. They preceded to send me to the even more incompetent call center representative, who hung up on me twice. I eventually got sent back to the local store where the aggressive and incompetent manager told me she didn’t have an order under my number. Despite the employee from earlier telling me he could see where the order was”failed” on their side. So now my family is out of $30 and we have no pizza. Just close this location already!

  Good food good service weird atmosphere and not technically facing Union Avenue is on a side street theory of which made it kind of hard to locate
