  Ordered half pepperoni and half cheese and the crust was burnt, the French fry container was nearly empty. Cinnamon sticks was was good though

  The young lady answering the phone sounds new. The guy who delivered took the money. I asked to speak to a manager via phone. The manager said they do not keep cards on file. Be careful delivering. I have never had problems with a pizza hut delivery until today . The food was made well. At least the order was right. I asked the receptionist to just redo the order, from the previous order. Pizza hut is expensive so orders should be correct from phone to delivery.

  Don’t go to this place. Went here a couple of weeks ago and spent 50 dollars. Got to work and my wings were rubbery, and my soda was flat. Had no way of bringing it back because I got it before going to work. So called to let the manager know what was going on, and when I finally got a hold of her after a million tries, I let her know what had happened. She had a nasty attitude for no reason, and I asked why the attitude, and the next thing I know, she hung up. Called the customer service number and let them know what had happened and let them know I didn’t want to interact with her any more because of what had happened and they said they would call and what did I want to do about the situation and I replied I want my money back so they said the let her know and she said she would give my money back and it would take 3 to 5 days to get it back waited 5 days and still didn’t receive it back on my card. Called back to explain I never received the money back, and they say they put a ticket in for the situation and someone would be in touch. Two weeks ago was yesterday still have not heard from anyone, nor haven’t received my money back, and you can’t get a hold of anyone else. Staying away from this place and never coming back.
