- AWAnnie W5 days ago1.0Night shift is very rude. To them there is no such thing as yes ma'am, no ma'am to these people and I find that very insulting. Me and my family made an order through the kiosk because they're never at the front counter and they were rushing everyone out the door BEFORE 9pm multiple employees kept pointing to me and my family yelling "why are y'all in here do y'all have an order" and I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt because they looked understaffed but I do not appreciate being talked to with a aggressive tone, this is very disappointing to experience.

However at the end at maximum frustration a gentleman came outside and wanted to know what I ordered and he immediately took care of it and I really appreciated that. I was tired and angry at that point but this gentleman did a great job. Thanks to this man I am not angry at McDonald's
