I placed my order using one of the self-service kiosks inside the restaurant. The kiosk gave me the option to pay at the counter, so I went to the register and waited.
More than 20 minutes went by, and I was literally the only customer waiting in that area. Several employees walked past me or went to other areas, but no one bothered to ask if I needed help or if I was waiting to pay for an order.
Eventually, I had to get the attention of one of the employees and ask about my order, #631. She didn’t know anything about it and didn’t provide any solution. She simply asked someone else about it and then walked away without giving me any information.
I then had to get another employee’s attention so someone could finally help me at the counter. I ended up having to place my order again just to get everything taken care of.
From the time I originally placed the order until I was finally helped, I had been waiting approximately 30–35 minutes.
I understand that restaurants can get busy, but in this case, there were no other customers waiting. The most disappointing part was the lack of attention and communication from the staff.
Placed an order at night. No one comes to the register. Drive thru line never moves. Save the effort and eat elsewhere.

8/31/2026 around 11 PM — Absolutely terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes just to place my order and another 30 minutes to receive it. One of my three sandwiches was completely missing, the fries were cold and nasty, and the other two sandwiches were thrown together with the lettuce and tomatoes basically sitting on the side.
When I asked them to fix the food, the employees had the worst attitude, repeatedly asking, “What’s wrong with it?” as if this was acceptable. I have pictures of the food and pictures from the restaurant showing exactly what I received.
Terrible food, terrible service, and nearly an hour wasted. McDonald’s should be ashamed to have employees treating customers and preparing food like this. I will never come back to this location.

I was hungry this morning because I didn’t have dinner last night. So I get on the app and order breakfast at 7:05 this morning and I make sure it’s gonna be ready by the time I get there so I tell them I’m at the building 10 minutes early so I can be in and out. I get there, I’m standing for like 7 minutes until they ask if I ordered at the kiosk. I tell them I had a mobile order. They don’t know what I’m talking about, they have no mobile orders. I checked and it was at that location. Gosh. So I tell them what I ordered. Steak egg and cheese bagel, coke, and mocha frape. 15 minutes later they handed me a bag, no drink or anything like that. I’m just like you guys already made me late, I’ll just get a drink at the office. I get there, buy a drink and take the food out of the bag…. It is not what I ordered at all. It looks like a sausage bacon McGriddle. I throw it away instantly. I ordered it again on DoorDash. My breakfast cost like 40 something dollars since I had to buy it twice to get it once.
There was recently a storm here. The utilities in the residential areas were down so obviously we had to venture out to fast food/dine in businesses. We arrive to this location that had power as well as the other surrounding businesses. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just for a rude individual to come over the microphone at the window & say they were only taking door dash orders. Completely wasting everyone’s time & gas in a situation that was semi critical.
The rude attitudes totally unnecessary. The lack of effort unnecessary. The lack of work ethic unnecessary. The same kind of pop of business can occur on any given night so is the go to turning away customers & refusing service? Slower service is understandable if understaffed but to completely turn off the main channel of business is absurd & unprofessional!
Thanks to Zaxbys across the street for recovering a moment your business messed up. I see why your ratings are where they currently stand.
