    I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I ordered two medium fries, a 20-piece Chicken McNuggets, and two mango pineapple smoothies. First, my “medium” fries were served in medium containers but only filled to what looked like small portions. I also counted my nuggets and only received 18 instead of the 20 I paid for. When I mentioned the fries, the general manager told me, “We don’t fill up fries at this location.” If that’s the case, customers should be charged for a small fry, not a medium. The customer service was even worse. The employee on the intercom told me to pull up to the next window, so that’s exactly what I did. When I got there, the general manager came to the window and rudely asked me, “Why didn’t you move up?” I told him there was a car in front of me, and he replied, “There’s a gap in between. Move up,” in a very rude tone. I had already done what the employee on the speaker told me to do, so I didn’t understand why I was being talked to like that. At the next window, an employee tried to hand me mango refreshers even though I ordered mango pineapple smoothies. I politely told him that wasn’t my order. A female manager then came to the window, told me to pull to the next window, and slammed the window in my face. While I was waiting on my correct smoothies, I asked for three small cups of water and was told it would cost $3.17. After leaving, I called the store to speak with the general manager. Instead of addressing my concerns, he was dismissive and repeatedly told me, “We don’t fill up fries at this location.” He offered me a free fry if I drove all the way back, even though the issue could have been corrected while I was there. When I told him I didn’t appreciate how the manager treated me, he said, “What do you want me to do about the manager? Do you want me to get into it with them or something?” Then he repeated that I could come back for a free fry. I explained that I wasn’t wasting more gas because they had the opportunity to fix everything while I was already there. I also feel like I was being picked on because I’ve reported this location before. The last time I made a complaint, the general manager corrected the issue. This time, I honestly felt like I was treated differently because I had spoken up before. Whether that was intentional or not, that’s how the entire interaction made me feel. Overall, I felt disrespected from the moment I pulled into the drive-thru until the phone call ended. I received underfilled medium fries, only 18 of the 20 nuggets I paid for, the wrong drinks, rude treatment from multiple employees, and dismissive customer service from the general manager. At this point, I just want my refund. It’s sad that customers have to drive farther to another McDonald’s just to receive respectful customer service and actually get the food and portions they paid for. Customers deserve better than this.

    I ordered two bacon egg and cheese biscuits, pay, and receive an order. I can immediately feel from the weight of the bag something isn't right, it hardly weighed anything. I open one up and it's just a biscuit with bacon on it. I let the lady at the window know what my order was and what I got, she looks at her screen and says I was just charged for what I received. I say I don't mind paying the difference and they consult each other. Then the lady that took my order (and money from previous window) comes up and irately tells me that I "didn't say no bacon egg and cheese, you said bacon biscuits." I tell her no, I definitely didn't and it's never even crossed my mind you could even order that. I've literally only ever ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast from them. She starts yelling telling me I didn't and don't blame my mistake on her. At that point I said nevermind just refund my money, which took a good 20 minutes. I sent an email to contact person for that franchise and was ignored. Prior to moving close to this location I spent an embarrassing amount of money at McDonald's and haven't spent a dime there since, which I guess is for the best since it's straight garbage anyways. Edit: forgot to mention the lady told me they don't even serve bacon egg and cheese biscuits lmao I also reviewed my email to the franchise and here is a more accurate quote from the angry employee She said, "Don't do ME like that, like it's MY fault you ordered it wrong. We don't even have bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits."

    Nunca fui em um restaurante tão péssimo como esse, parece um depósito de lixo, muito sujo, os banheiro está com muito mal cheiro, os Funcionários parece estar em colónia de férias, talvez se contratasse tartaruga ninja o atendimento seria mais rápido

    I stopped by for a quick bite during my road trip and the experience was perfect. The fries were super hot and crispy, just the way they should be, and the burger was fresh and put together neatly. The staff at the drive-thru was incredibly fast and nice, which made the whole stop quick and easy. The parking lot was clean and it was a great, reliable spot to pull over and grab food on the go.

    This is the absolute worst McDonalds. This location needs to be shutdown immediately. Its the same issues every single time i go there. In the mornings they dont open up when theyre suppose to already be opened up bc the workers say " all i have is coffee and the grease arent hot" and at night they only accept certain orders (the easiest to make, you can forget about actually ordering a meal) theyll say theyre out of everything but chicken but if you go in the morning and ask if theyre out of burgers the next day the workers say they lied on the previous shift bc theyre lazy. What is wrong with this location? when you look thru the driver thru window theres trash everywhere on the ground and the workers are out front smoking weed with people that dont work there
