I don’t know what it is but every time my son gets a happy meal from this location now he gets sick and start throwing up and have diarrhea other than that this location as a whole has went downhill at times the service takes forever inside and within the drive-thru I only go here because it’s closer to my home but I don’t think I’ll be going to this location anymore

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, no one answered it, there were 2 lines and at least 7 cars between the two. Pulled up to the first window, no one there, pulled up to the second window there was a lady working there, told her I had a mobile order, they had no idea what to do. Had to look at my phone to see what was ordered and go make it. Mean whole people were still waiting at the drive thru line. Some gave up, but some stayed or just followed us up to the window. Food was terrible and stale. This was at 7pm so not even late or close to closing...

I placed my mobile order at 8:44am, and as i am pulling on the lot i pushed the button on the app that says I have arrived. Get in to pick up the order. The lady at the counter yells my number over to the many crew gathered in front of the food dispenser..... and i wait......and wait... and wait. . There were people putting in orders when I got there and as I'm waiting and after i arrived. One by one, they are getting their orders. I get the attention of the lady taking orders and once again she yells toward the group of people. And guess what, I am still waiting. The manager or shift leader or whatever eventually comes by the front counter and the lady at the cash register tells him I'm waiting. I show him my order on my phone.And he goes away. I see him preparing other orders and again.I am waiting. He comes again, not specifically form me, and I say to him I am still waiting on my order. He looks at my phone again and goes away. I see him go to the back and he is now preparing what looks to be my order. FINALLY A BAG IS BROUGHT TO ME AND YOU GUESSED IT.THE ORDER IS INCORRECT. I ordered a big breakfast and 2 egg mcmuffins. No, nothing big or special that it should have taken this long. I have 1 egg mcmuffin in the bag and there is bacon not sausage on my big breakfast AND the lady tells me she is waiting on my hashbrown. LIKE REALLY. WOW!!!!!!!!. She takes the big breakfast and returns it to the back and eventually returns with it and my overly crisp hashbrown. It is now 9:08a as I walk out irritated. The lady at the front was apologetic but that is about the only bit of customer service I was given from her only. This is ridiculous that it seemed so chaotic and a simple mobile order took this long. It is so hard doing business in my community and I HATE to have to always take my money elsewhere in order for me to experience a satisfactory experience. I will just have to bypass this location because the previous time I was here was no better and I just refuse to accept substandard service when my green dollars are the same as when I go to places with better service.

Please stop warming the food up.... these biscuits are old ...pancakes are tooo thus mess too high to be warming up ar least discount it! Can't stand yall lazy folks and the managers are no better... because yall orders to do this mess

I am so tired of their employees acting as if I am the issue when buying something. I sat at the windows 15 minutes before a worker came to the windows to ask what did I need. I ORDERED ONLINE. LIKE THE SCREEN SHOWS YOU EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. MY FOOD HAD SAT THERE THE ENTIRE TIME AND SHE TRIED HANDING ME A MELTED SLUSH AND ICE COLD FRIES. AND WHEN I ASKED FOR FRESH FRIESVSHE CAUGHT AND ATTITUDE. I WAS ON MY LUNCH AND HAD NO PLACE TO GO BECAUSE I USEE UP MY TIME THERE. BUT BEST BELIEVE MY BANK WAS NOTIFIED AND CORPORATE.
