  Not the best place to stop. Area around the establishment was questionable. Service was sub par, establishment needed cleaning, bathrooms weren’t clean or stocked, and food was just ok.

  Every time I come here with a mobile order. The young lady at the 1st window refuses to give me my receipt and sends me to the 2nd window. When I ask for my receipt the next person gets an attitude. The employees attitude and customer service needs improvement.

  I have never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s until today everybody else very professional very nice and understanding I ordered an ice cream cone with my points. I got it for free the lady at the window handed the ice cream cone looking at me confused because it’s obviously dripping down the side of the cone The ice cream is dripping down the side of the cone leaning I asked for another cone to be re made the lady in the back, I think She was the one that made the ice cream cone& making drinks had to put her two cents in. I asked for a cup like could you please put it in a McFlurry cup so it can be easier to eat out of. At this point, the ice cream dripping on this girl’s hand and into the paper towel I’ve never had a bad experience Like this where I double down when I’m the customer, the two ladies at The drive-through window to pick up your food around 1220pm April 16. Only reason why this place is getting three stars is a sweet lady that gives out the receipts after my Mobile order because she’s the most sweetest and down earth lady that makes you feel comfortable when you’re getting your food. They need to be re-trained ASAP!!

  There was something so amazing about the spirit in this MCDONALDS this morning,,, then employees at this McDonald’s - kept getting one accolade after the other of how fast,, kind,, helpful,,, the service was awesome ,,, everything and everyone worked, was courteous, polite, kind, smiley, happy faces just the way places of business should be welcoming. Thank you for the experience certainly to be back.!!! And definitely a change from previous experiences!!! KODUS TO THESE YOUNG PEOPLE,,,,, excellent service!
