  Very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s on Getwell. We placed our order and waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to finally be told that they “couldn’t find” our order. We even showed the receipts and confirmed the correct address, and the situation still wasn’t handled properly. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s unprofessional attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly and respectfully, the situation was handled poorly and lacked basic customer service. Management clearly needs better training on communication, organization, and how to properly assist customers when problems come up. Customers shouldn’t have to wait that long just to be told their order is missing. Definitely not a good experience.

  I ordered a double fish fillet combo but got a single fish fillet combo. Fries cold & the container that the fish sandwich came in is all bent up. GOD don't like ugly

  Literally ignored me at the drive thru the last 2 times I went here. Filthy workers and even worse dining area. If I could vote zero or negative Stars I would the place needs to be shut down
