  Well the mornings are the best as for as service. I am not sure about the evening service. But I enjoy the many benefits of the app and at this location , they have a full time Digital Ambassador that assists customers with the app and kiosk orders. So I can only say good experience for a change!

  On April 22, 2026 at 11:45PM, (close is 2AM) I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The drive thru was blocked so we pulled around behind 2 other cars at drive thru. When first car left someone talked to car in front of us then looked at our car shaking head. We pull up to window and are ignored until we flag them down. They told us they only took mobile orders. We were instructed to place an order in the app, and they told us told pull into a curbside parking spot. We waited for 15 minutes for our order then pulled up to window again, but they ignored us and finally came to the window. They asked us what we were doing and what was wrong. We explained that we had made a mobile order, but a lot of time has passed. Then, the manager (who had given us the instructions) said that they couldn’t make the burgers because the grill was closed. Not down, not a functional issue, it was cleaned and closed 2 hours before closing. We explained that we had already placed the order as instructed and were not advised the grill was closed, so we cancelled our order. I’ve never had a positive experience here.

  I went to this location because it isn't far from the hospital. I paid for my food at the first window, everything's good. I pull up to the second window the young girl has her back turn to the window on her phone, this lasted nearly ten minutes or more I tried to get her attention, it wasn't until another lady walked up with the order she finally turned around, not to mention that lady rude as well, when I questioned about my order, the sad part I think she's a manager 😫 the other young lady who was on her phone, could barely look me in the eye. I should have gotten a refund because the food was trash. I did this for my mom because she was in the ER hungry. I don't any harm but Bruh throw the whole night crew away and start over please 🥴 because this ain't it
