  Well for starters we waited 30 min in the drive thru line then when we get to the window it's a guessing game on what my order is....get to the next window same thing....absolutely no organization and to top it off my mcdoubles are dry luke they have been under the water fry are stale no salt just a complete disaster.

  I went to McDonald's 5 11 2026 I was headed to my house meeting and stop to get food " simple McDouble meal no onion " my burger was pre made n seem to had been warmed up w onions when I called to report the person rushed ,e off the phone w a nasty attitude , Today 5 12 2026 I went to get a replacement n the manager w the hard gel down fingers waves was very rude while reporting her to corporate I was asked her name I got her name and she call the police to have me aoa off the property because I gave her name ?? Unprofessional is what I call it after being interrogated and asked 1000 about my order n " ebony w is her name and nun of the crew wear gloves not even the cookm

  I asked politely the manager if someone would take my order because I don't like to use kiosks I want an old style experience where I'm not forced to use a kiosk and she looked at me and didn't even respond to what I was saying so I can't understand why I'm being forced to use a kiosk.

  Don’t waste your time. The employees will ask customers to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes or more hoping for you to just leave. If I hadn’t already used the app and paid for my food, I would have left. They told me to hold on, so I waited and then they come back on the speaker “Thank you for choosing McDonald’s please hold” thinking I was a new car that had pulled around. Waited 20 minutes so they wouldn’t have to walk my food to the curbside spot and my food was so cold and stale. Done waste your time or money at this location.

  This McDonald’s at Poplar and Celveland was very disappointing. A member of management was about to fight an associate. The door wouldn't close because someone had broken in and stolen the cash registers. Just disappointed! We shall not return to this McDonald's!
