  Over all it was a nice place to come but this time I asked about the gravity ropes and one of the workers explained to me about the length a child had to be but once we tried to get on the activity I was told that didn’t have anybody that was certified to supervise it. So now I made a purchase and can’t use what I paid for and acquired about

  the customer service was unacceptable. the staff that served us with the red braids in a ponytail wearing a pink shirt had an attitude towards the children that asked for more pizza due to some being left over. She told us “no ya’ll can’t get no more” with a mug look on her face but continued to give the others pizza while some children didn’t even have a chance to eat and I felt out of awe. The other schools that attended the building their staff was very rude towards the kids that were already in line and tried to kick us out of our place in the line. Overall it was an unbearable and stressful experience for a trip, the staff needs to be handled.

  customer service was TERRIBLE. Came to main event for a school trip, we waited until 10 minutes before we had to leave to service us, then a red hair lady with a braided ponytail proceeded to say “no yall can’t get no more” with an attitude to MIDDLE SCHOOLERS, as we asked for seconds even though was more pizza left over. and then we couldn’t even order extra food between the hours of 10am to when we left at 1:30pm, workers explained that they weren’t taking food orders and only served ice cream and slushies, which we then had to throw out 15 minutes later due to us being in line for about an hour. and there was conflict between students and teachers because teachers from other schools were angry because their children couldn’t skip us. Overrall, the service was unacceptable from adults to children especially the lady with the red braided ponytail. Main Event, do better with your staffing.

  Me and my family had such an amazing time at this location. We played so many games and the bowling had us smiling and joking around. To top it off our server Jasmine was nothing short of amazing. She did things for us that were beyond her job. Even after we payed our ticket she continuously checked on us. I will ask for her any and every time we come here. She deserves an award for her service.

  Traveled here from Jackson on a Friday night. The prices were affordable for unlimited bowling, a meal, and arcade credits. Our bowling lane was having some issues with it malfunctioning mid reset, which is the only reason I'm giving this a 4 star review. With the drive not being too bad, this place is definitely on my radar for future fun weekend trips. The food was surprisingly very well done. My group tried the crispy chicken sandwich, BBQ wings, and the tenders, all of which were exceptional in quality for an event venue.
