- AAAshley Ayres5 days ago2.0We took our boys on an adventure 3 hours away from home and ended up here. The place looked so much fun but after we paid $150 bucks for 4 arm bands, it went downhill quick. 1/2 the games were broken or out of order including the high climb rope adventure. There were very few options for the money we spent. We did bowl but it stopped keeping score on multiple frames. The staff was very friendly but couldn't get much right. We ordered over a 100 bucks worth of food and it was a mess. They were out of the drinks that we ordered and the happy hour prices were no cheaper than the regular ones. The only saving grace was that our boys had fun but we will not be returning again.

- KAKamiam ASep 15, 20265.0I came to Main Event to celebrate my birthday, and I honestly had such a great experience! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was eventually amazing and everyone made the whole celebration feel welcoming and fun. A HUGE shoutout to the manager, Tiger! He was easily one of the most welcoming managers I’ve ever met. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout our visit. Having someone with that kind of positive energy representing the management team really made a difference, especially since I was there celebrating my birthday. I also have to give a big shoutout to the security guards! They were some of the best. They were professional, respectful, attentive, and friendly while making sure everyone could enjoy themselves in a safe and comfortable environment. They definitely deserve recognition too! Between Tiger’s amazing hospitality, the security team, and the overall experience, Main Event helped make my 22nd birthday a memorable one. I really appreciate everyone who made us feel welcome. Thank you for helping make my birthday special! ❤️
- SBSarah BethSep 14, 20262.0For as much $$ as this place is you’d think they’d have staff to assist people. They say you can order food at your bowling lane but that’s not true you have to go track someone down at the bar. I had to go back to ask for our drinks ….no one ever came so $60 in food/drink but no drinks so I gave up and by that time my food back at my lane had gotten cold…will not be back
- JAjoel aronSep 6, 20261.0Seriously? Drove all the way to Main Event to go bowling. See lots of empty lanes, See people bowling on a few lanes. Sign advertises bowling... and price from Open-5pm.... Told we weren't allowed to buy a bowling lane until after 5pm.... at 3pm. So you're allowed to sell the other people an hour for the lane ... but you want me to wait here till 5 so I can pay double ?
