  I went there a couple days ago a I guess I was talking to the manager and I told him it was my very first time in lennys after that I wanted to order and I told him several times I wanted a reaper sandwich I also added Bacon and mushrooms to the sandwich and ended up with a regular Philly steak and cheese sandwich now I just went down there today and reorder what I wanted the first time so I ended up paying almost 20$ for the sandwich I wanted the second time which I should have gotten the first time I didn't get a discount or anything for there mix up I'll might never go to lennys again for my first time experience of my first sandwich was the wrong one thanks alot

  I ordered with door dash and my soda was not in my order when delivered. Driver said it was not given to him. I called the location and stated that they didn't give him my soda, and was told that it's the drivers responsibility and feel free to come in for a "free " soda. How is it free if I paid already? 🤷🏾‍♀️ I stated that if I could come get it, i wouldn't have ordered and paid extra for delivery!! Needless to say, He hung up on me, and I still have no soda!!!! Won't be returning to this location! Poor customer service at its finest!!!!!

  The best Lenny’s in Memphis! The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. What really makes this location special is Gigi. She is so kind, welcoming, and truly cares about every customer who walks through the door! Her leadership makes this our team’s go-to lunch spot. Highly highly recommend!!!

  This is probably the best Lennys in Memphis. I come here often on lunch break and the staff are friendly and the food is always good.

  This location is generally a solid experience, so that's why this is a 3 star review and not 1 or 2. However, I think I just ran into a poor management situation as the whole shop was seemingly being ran by only 2 employees (doing an admirable job given the situation) at 12:30 on a Saturday. I was 2nd in line and ordered a single cold sandwich. Right at 30 minutes later the sandwich finally was handed to me. I would have left if it wouldn't have taken another 5 mins to get a refund. You simply can't expect 2 employees to take all the orders, run the grill, make the cold sandwiches, put together online orders, and keep the shop presentable. Gotta get more folks in there on a Saturday at lunch time! Come on, Lenny's!
