  The Young Lady At The Window Is Rude and she doesn’t Greet Customers She Literally says No Faster to everything. I was told they were out of Ham and asked could it be replaced with turkey She Said Nope Just Nope. She doesn’t have good customer service at all. After Spending 44.13 I got the wrong sandwich and had to turn around. No apologies No Nothing.   Seriously the best Lenny’s in the city. My food is always hot and cookies are the best! Plus they have a drive thru!!!

  The service was great and my sandwich was excellent. After my first bite I wanted to go back and personally thank the person who made it, but I was too close to home.

  The young man at the register was very courteous and professional. The young man who fixed my salad represented the Lenny's brand with excellence from start to finish. The young lady who worked the drive-through took time to greet me even though she wasn't serving me. Considering how hectic my work day has been, they made me smile. The food was also very delicious!!!
