  The lady who claims to be the manager was outside smoking and didn’t wash her hands when she came back in to fix a sandwich that wasn’t made accurately. The lightskin lady who prepares the sandwiches does not know how to make sandwiches properly it seems as this is the 4th time I’ve had to return an order she made because it was wrong. Both of these ladies deliver poor customer service every time myself or someone I know comes in. Every other location in Memphis I go into delivers stellar service compared to them simply because they seem to lack any morals and values when it comes to how they treat their guests and the standard for how food should be made and properly prepared. The only thing they are consistent in is messing up food orders and being blatantly rude and lazy to guests. I do not recommend coming to this location at all.

  The staff is rude and lacks common sense. The girl stopped making my sandwich because I asked her to change her gloves and not to rest my veggie sandwich on the ham. Apparently that was too much to ask. I won't be returning to this location.

  Horrible!!!!!!!No bacon on sandwich,sandwich very dry,no peppers,no flavor.Please good people tear that paper open and examine your food before you leave.lenny is expensive,times to hard to give your money 🤑 away.I bet I done learned my lesson,next time if it be a next time I'm bringing a flashlight with me,they ain't getting over on me no mo!!!!!!And won't answer the phone!!!!!!!!🤮🤢👿 Lenny on Elvis Presley Blvd is where I had this experience 😵

  No bacon on sandwich,no green peppers, sandwich was dry and meat was Xtra thin,The American club use to be delicious,it was horrible today.I couldn't take it back cuz I was riding with someone else,plus they're very smart they won't answer the phone!!!!!I got ripped off today big time,but it ain't happening no mo!!!!!!! Elvis Presley store, please open that bag up and check your order,I don't won't this to happen to you good people.🤢🤮
