Southern inspired scratch kitchen with a Canadian twist. Of course, Poutine along with Burgers, BBQ and Catfish to Canadian bacon, it's the perfect mix. 34oz beers and signature cocktails matching up to large portions on the plate. Big Food! Big Fun!
Our experience with our server Connie was absolutely unforgettable and honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Memphis! As Canadians visiting a Canadian restaurant, we already felt excited to have a little taste of home, but Connie made it feel even more special. From the moment she greeted us, she was incredibly personable, genuine, and welcoming. She did not just serve us dinner, she created an experience that made us feel completely at home in a new city. Connie took the time to chat with us, made us laugh, and brought such a warm and friendly energy to the entire evening. You could tell she truly cared about making us feel valued, and her kindness and authenticity stood out immediately. She balanced professionalism with such natural charm that by the end of the meal, it felt like we had known her forever. The food was fantastic, but it was Connie’s outstanding service and personality that made the night truly memorable. She is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression and the reason people come back. Thank you, Connie, for making our Memphis trip even more special!

Food was good, had the Canadian burger which was great. Some weird side options!
The drinks come in massive sizes only. So it’s a 32oz cocktail or nothing. Drinks did take a while to come, even the wine we ordered to have with our meal seemed to take an age. All in all a great wee spot, up the blue jays!

This visit left a lot to be desired. Got the bbq egg rolls, the meat was tough and chewy. My son got the “most popular” burger. He said he was not great. I got the maple burger didn’t finish half of it. My daughter got the smash burger it looked like it was 2 regular sized patties, not much smash to it. Our waitress was really nice and the restaurant seemed clean, but food definitely 2/10 only thing that saved them was fries. Our bill was almost $100 if you’re from Memphis Huey’s would beat them on a bad day, if you’re visiting from out of town don’t even worry about it go a couple blocks down and go to

We are California transplants. We moved to Tennessee 5 years. And I can not for the life of me figure out why its taken me this long to discover this place. It is hands down my number 1 new favorite place to eat. The service was amazing. The food was amazing. The portions were also incredible. I will definitely be spreading the word about Kooky Canucks

What an awesome time here the night of the college football national championship. Huge TVs by which to enjoy the game. Wonderful service team and bartender. I loved the vibe and upscale yet outdoorsy feel. The food was quite delish. Of course I'm a fan of the 34 oz Beale Street Berry Smash. Had a great time chatting with folks and enjoying the game.
