  I went to this Jimmy John’s after refusing to eat at Jersey Mike’s due to poor hygiene from their staff, but unfortunately this location wasn’t much better in terms of overall experience. When I walked in, the young lady at the counter barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed that I entered the store. The staff wasn’t exactly unfriendly, but they were acting very strange and unwelcoming — almost like they didn’t want to interact or be there at all. I honestly wanted to walk out, but I had already been inconvenienced once at another restaurant. It’s disappointing to see how little effort people put into customer service these days. It makes me wonder if good service even exists anymore or if people simply don’t care about the jobs they’re hired to do.

  Its interesting to see this is a Jimmy John's now. I remember when it was a Papa Pias. JJ is not my favorite sandwich chain, bread's too thick. But atleast it doesnt get soggy like other sandwich chains.

  Christopher is very unprofessional and the other worker. You're not greeted when you come in and they act like you're getting on their nerves. Had an item missing, called and I was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes no one ever came back I will be contacting corporate.

  I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was giving this location another try after my last review. Once again I have ordered a sandwich that was over $20 with some add on, and yet it is still wrong! paid extra for bacon that was not on my sandwich. This is nuts. I just wish people cared a little more about their job, and paid attention a little more when I am spending the amount I am for one freaking sandwich. I will not make the mistake of ordering from this store again! shame on me.
