  Went to the new restaurant on Austin pee highway Memphis Tennessee real nice . Service was great. Had breakfast food was great food was good had chicken biscuit and big breakfast sandwich with Ham.

  If I should not be given them a 1star because stuff for the atmosphere. People waiting so long for their food. They get upset because they have to go to a different location that's farther out from the austin peay location. Everything funny. Good they have smile to make good on the so call system shut down. The manager no where to be find. The manager are not train well at all. All of the employees including, the manger just look at you when you are a thecounter. Front counter Do not say how can I help you. They are not train to do so or care to do so. They need to do better. The restaurant just open. Sad. Food is good. They need a new stuff with more experience.

  I purchased a catfish dinner, and what I received was a joke. The advertised catfish strips were nothing more than tiny, curled pieces of fish, with some no bigger than a quarter. That’s not what I paid for. The store just opened, and they’re already disappointing customers. To make matters worse, they were out of tartar sauce—the one condiment you expect with a catfish dinner. If you’re going to advertise catfish strips, serve catfish strips. Don’t charge customers for one thing and hand them something completely different. Very disappointing, especially from a brand-new location. ********************************* ********************************* Your form letter below is a joke, just don’t charge customers for one thing and hand them something completely different.

  I’ve never eaten Jacks in my life so I was excited to have something “new” come to this declined area i unfortunately live in. Drove up to the speaker box. Sat there 20 mins, no one ever said a word, it’s a double line so to the right of me, another person was waiting at the speaker box to order as well. After 15-20 mins, a worker said “can I help you? Oops never mind!” & never came back to take anyone’s order. After 20 mins, I slowly drove away & glanced in the drive thru window because atp I was confused. It has a “now open” sign on the billboard. I thought maybe they were still closed. The cashier turned her back away from me as I looked thru the drive thru window to see what the hell was going on of why we were being ignored. I looped around to leave & glanced at the door & I kid you not, 4 workers were just standing outside, giving me the look of death for looking at them , wondering why they’re not inside working. Well hell no wonder no one ever serviced us. They were all outside! Terrible first impression. I ended up going to Kroger to buy food to cook. I more than likely won’t go back.

  Only took 2 weeks for this place to go to hell. First 2 visits when corporate was here my food was great, hot fresh food, and great customer service. My visit today food was cold, hard and my slaw was missing when I got home. At dinner time they did not have fresh white meat chicken available and asked did I want to substitute for dark. I was ok with substituting but when I got home my food was hard, old, cold and the coleslaw was missing from my meal. But I knew after corporate left this one like all the rest would go down! They won’t be here long with this type of service this early on. The managers the hire are not fit to run restaurants and are only there for a check. Have managers who care about providing good customer service and fresh food. I will not be going back to any Jacks in Memphis or Millington. A waste of time even coming here.
