  This location seriously needs to rehire or retrain. There’s no reason for us to sit in line for 20+ min and there’s only 2 cars in front. There’s a specific girl that always has an attitude. She’s Hispanic and wears glasses with dark hair. I paid for extra soft top how are you going to shake your head NO when I tell you to add more soft top when I PAID for it. And this hasn’t been the first time she’s done this and then gets an attitude and doesn’t say thank you or anything. Please learn to have proper customer service or else just don’t work there if you don’t like your job.

  Details: I am a Black American woman (who has patronized Dutch Bros in Austin Peay several times) on 6/27/26 between 11:39am and 12:15pm a heavy set Hispanic Woman - wearing glasses, was taking orders in both lines, took the order of another Hispanic woman in a burgundy Mitsubishi SUV. Now the woman in the SUV pulled up 4-5 minutes after I had already been in line. She was in the line opposite of me. HOWEVER the woman who was taking orders took her order BEFORE mine. When she came over to me I asked her “Hey ma’am I have a question why did you take her order first? I was here first.” She then said “oh yea, sorry about that, we do zig-zags that’s our protocol here.” And I told her “oh wow I’ve never heard of that, I thought it was first come first serve.” Later I asked a younger slimmer medium complected black lady with blonde braids at the window if the other woman’s sentiments had been correct and she informed me that the woman should have served me FIRST and that she would have a talk with her. I then asked her for the lady’s name who had been so rude to me and she told me that she could not recall. Update: I spoke to the manager and I have to admit they have had excellent service other than this one outlier. I really appreciate the other times that I’ve had excellent service, and I wish them continued success.

  This new location is great. The people are amazing and the Chorizo Wrap is already a fave. However the wait time is really, really long. I'm guessing this is the regular model? That orders are made at the window? Other than that, I'm glad the second store ever in Memphis is 3 minutes from my house.

  First time trying Dutch Bros, it wasn’t as I expected by me being a new customer, I was greeted but no suggestion or anything, so I made a choice what I thought would be good. There was only one person taking orders in drive-thru, the lines were long and service was moving slowwwwww, so hopefully my next experience will be a little bit better. Better serving time

  The coffee was good, but it was not worth a 30 minute wait. We went yesterday, and there was a decent line, but once they took our order, the line stopped moving. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it took 30 minutes for the line to move again. It looked like maybe they were having a shift change, but a shift change shouldn’t hold up the line for 30 minutes. I understand that this location is new and maybe one of their machines went down, but nothing was communicated to us about the hold up. We were just left waiting for 30 minutes. I might try dutch bros again in the distant future to see if this was just a one time thing. I don’t mind a short wait, but I’m not going to camp out for a cup of coffee.
