  On April 13, 2026, I placed an order through the Domino’s app for the Elvis Presley location. I used my rewards points for a free pizza, while still being required to meet the $17 minimum order. What I received was the wrong pizza. When I called the store, it took 15 minutes for anyone to answer. The employee who finally picked up told me a replacement would be sent, then put me on hold without asking and never returned to the call. An hour passed, and no replacement ever arrived. I called back. This time it took 20 minutes to get an answer. After asking to speak with a manager and explaining the situation again, the employee simply set the phone down. I could hear staff talking in the background while being completely ignored for 10 minutes before I hung up. I called yet again, only to have my call answered and immediately hung up on. I then had someone else call from a different number, and suddenly the phone was answered. After explaining the situation again, we were given a “corporate” number that turned out to be useless—the person who answered said they no longer even service this franchise. Despite being told someone would follow up, it has now been two weeks with zero response. Let’s be clear: I used my points on a “free” pizza that I never received. Instead, I was sent an all-meat pizza containing pork, which I do not eat. I was ignored, hung up on, and given incorrect information repeatedly. This is not just poor customer service—it’s complete disregard for customers. I have since deleted the app and will not be ordering from Domino’s again!!!!!

  I come here a good bit, especially since it’s close to my house. I often order the parm bread bites and they’ve always looked fine, but today I received these. I didn’t notice until after I’d gotten home but I can’t figure out why someone would package these if they looked like this.
