  Soy clienta de este lugar ! Realmente son las mejores pizzas de esta locación ! Pero el día de hoy fui a comprar una pizza y de verdad que decepción es obvio que no está el personal que hace que sean deliciosas hoy solo vi un chico en la tienda y honestamente no pude comerla nada que ver con las pizzas que acostumbro a comprar en este lugar !

  Strongly advise customers to not use this location for delivery orders. They sent wrong order, i called to make complaint and they admitted that they had sent wrong order. I was over priced for 2 two topping pizzas. Because the order had been touched that voided my order being honored. When i asked to speak to a manager they hung phone up on me and blocked my number i assume. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION(Winchester/ Germantown). Very unprofessional.

  The absolute worst place to order from. Worth paying more if that means I don't have to deal with dominoes anymore. There is ALWAYS a problem and they act like it's my fault

  I called the store to place a order for the $6.99 special carry out. No one answered the phone. I had to drive to the location. When I got there the young lady said that she could not help me with ordering the special in store due to her manager telling her not to use the special in store. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that he doesn't speak English, only Spanish. I said that I could use the Google translation application to help him understand that I attempted to call the store and place an carry out special $6.99 pizza, but no one answered so I drove to the store. He said he couldn't help me in store even though I had drove to the location. I told him that I would report him and he told me to call corporate. Very disappointed in the service.

  I ordered my pizza at 6:30 on the tracker kept saying there was one minute away. It is now 835 when they delivered it. I called the store several time. The young lady Alisa hung up the phone in my face. I asked speak to a manager, she said a manager was not there . I said could I speak to a supervisor she said he couldn’t speaks English.I told her that was fine. She said I have to translate it for him and then she hung up in my face.
