Placed my order 7/7/26 @ 6:35 on the app. Got the notification it was ready but when I got to the window I was told it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. When I finally got the item, it wasn't even close to edible. It was a hard brick. It wasn't on the normal bread. It looked like somebody might've brought it from their house where they made it the night before. I don't know. What I do know is it wasn't what I paid for. I work too hard to have my money stolen by you guys. To top it off, the stores number is a disconnected number. LOL is this place actually even legally open? If so, it probably shouldn't be. Code enforcement and health dept will have to take a look at this sham of a store.

I called the store and asked to have it remade because it was going to have been out of the over for at least 45 minutes by the time she finished delivering three other orders, then drive back to the store, pick up mine, and drive back to my house. I thought them remaking my pizza would be a common sense idea....they 100% and rudely refused to remake the pizza. I told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. Three days later....still no refund. I call that theft. Top it off you can't call corporate customer service...literally it no longer exists. I will NEVER order from Dominos again. In fact I just noticed the last time I ordered from dominoes was almost 4 years ago...and my review stated my pizza arrived cold and unappetizing. DO NOT ORDER/EAT FROM HERE...rude people and gross old/cold pizza.

Edit: An hour and a half and no pizza. The tracker in the app was useless(they disabled it) and the manager was polite and helpful, however, I am still left here hungry and with no food. Second edit: They promised to call back and refund me after my pizza never showed and didn't.
