peyton is amazing. she’s quick always checks on us asks us how our week was & knows exactly what we want & she’s so welcoming. she remembered who we were & is so great at small talk & she’s so sweet. i come here a lot & she made the experience great always ☺️. the young woman working the ticket shop was so sweet too. the staff here is always attentive, nice & welcoming. definitely gonna be coming more often. they are also adding new games & are revamping the place.

My husband and I came to watch the Titans Giants game. When we were with the hostess we asked if we could sit where the Titans Giants game was playing she seated us away from everyone else with the TV blurry so we asked her if we could get the game again on a TV that works and was told she would have to get a manager. We were okay with that. The server quickly came by put napkins and straws on the table walking by and I think she said I’ll be back I’m not sure because she was walking away ask she was talking. The server gets to us and we immediately ask if we can get the titans giants game on a tv that works and was told this time she would need to speak with manager because she has to keep an eye on everyone. Why was it so hard to get us in front of a tv that actually worked! And when told you would get a manager why did the manager not come? I was a server I know how it works and it was just poor customer service considering there was a TV up front where we could be “watched” playing the titans giants game. Will not be back at this location again!

Party of 4 for this occasion, celebrating a birthday. We were seated and everyone wasn't present so we ordered drinks and waited. Waitress never returned to ask if we wanted an appetizer while we waited. Waitress never came back to table order was wrong but She was very helpful with the menu. Great vibe...and atmosphere in the play area. Food was ok. We ordered for the eat and play menu and the best option is to get the $55 ultimate game play pass. This pass is all day. Great deal

Oh geez, where to start! The hostess up front is incredibly rude for no reason and also never actually up there (despite her adamance that she was). On a relatively slow Saturday night the service was appalling. It took us three hours to be served and all of our food in a six top came at drastically different times. Appetizers came last, some food didn’t come until hour three while others had already eaten. Some drinks weren’t even served until after the bill came, and we had to remind them we paid for them. The bill we had to hunt our server down for mind you. She was incredibly sweet, but clearly overworked or just somewhere else entirely. The multiple hours we were there tables were left dirty and workers were just walking around aimlessly. The games were fun, and overall we had a nice time but I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Food WAS decent but not worth the price or the time.

We waited 2 hours for food and drinks. Our server brought our food one at a time for a party of 8. I got my Cajun pasta last wasn’t even hungry anymore. Gave me the wrong margarita repeatedly after being told. Server never came to check on us saw multiple people get food and drinks in a timely matter. Had to call our server over CONSTANTLY for refills and silverware. Worst experience at a restaurant in a long time. Oh and still waiting on her to bring us our cards back and put gratuity on us and we were barely served. Actually disgusting. AND they are not very “busy”.
