  I had a wonderful experience. I just wish I would’ve asked out the wonderful waitress that served us, she had red braids and black glasses. She was so nice to us

  No stars deserved! You can tell the type of manager a business has based on the employee’s attitude in most cases. The service from beginning to end was terrible not to mention the carpet was sour. Jonathan has no customer service skills whatsoever and neither did his waitress on duty. The young lady started out with an attitude with my sister because she brought her the wrong drinks. We were there for a company party and was told by the company via email that drinks could be ordered on the party room or at the bar. I had a voucher and apparently customers need to be trained on policy as well as employees because I had to pay $14.99 for a sip of house wine because the waitress didn’t know to tell me I had to get the drink from the party room. She took my order at 6:30 and I got the wine at about 7:15 after the party was over. The first excuse was I had to order while the party was there and then it was oh, you were supposed to order it in the room. Terrible experience and I will make sure everyone that I know that patronizes this place will think twice before returning. I’ll take my chances at Main Event before returning here.

  Literally the worst Dave and Busters I've ever been to and I've been going several times a year for over a decade. The waitress straight up double charged us for several things trying to scam us. That's theft. The maintenance staff barely knew what they were doing (if at all) and I wasted so much time and money on broken games. I thought the one in Birmingham was bad, but this one makes me want to boycott D&B from here on out.

  I really don’t like giving reviews on business, but last night was horrible. i knew when we 1st made it there it was gone be a long night🤦🏾‍♀️so let’s start with the power play card i order 10 power play card & 4 unlimited card all of them was power play we told the manager and he said he going to straighten that out, but unfortunately it’s either he do t know what he’s doing or just lied. And for the food we had the chic magnet platter and flat bread pizza. some of the pizza was burnt and the chx magnet platter was cold on bring it out. so i told the server about it and she said she told her manager, but after waiting so long i had to ask her what did her manager say because she never gave us an update and when they did finally gave us some more wings it was almost at the end of getting ready to leave and to have left a tip for $74 dollars and for the food and all $500 was the worst i’ve ever spent. we will not be returning again. please train your manager and staff how to properly serve customers .

  We came in at 08:00 pm, purchased and game card that was $100+ and boosted it. We came in ready to drink, eat and play. We ordered one round of drinks and the bartender with a dangly earring took over 20 minutes to get our order. He then forgot one of our drinks and didn’t check on us, we had to flag him down and ask if we could eat at the bar. He stated we would all need a seat which our party was 6 people in total, and we would have to close out and sit at a table, we asked to close out and so we didn’t get to tell him we were missing a drink until we had to close our check. We declined to have him give us the drink and just remove it from the check as it took an extended amount of time to receive the five drinks we ordered. We went to play arcade games and came back at 11:00 pm to the hostess stand to sit at a table and eat. They stated we would have to eat at the bar. We stated we had five people and we were told to sit at a table by bartenders. He sat us and stated it would take longer. We waited 15 minutes and left. We planned on playing until 02:00 am, getting more drinks, and eating full dinners. Overall this locations unattentive staff caused $100’s to be lost and we will not be returning. The locations in Chicago did not treat us like this and my entire party stated we will not be spending our money at this location any further. On top of that this was for a birthday and we ended our night early due to staff just not wanting to take orders drinks and food. I asked the bartender to post me out and he held onto my card 15 minutes before coming back, showing me the receipt and asking if he was good to charge it. Now I have to order a new card entirely as that caused extreme issues and I had to go find a secondary bartender to ask the initial on to please check us out as he still had my card.
