  Went on 6/26/26. My order was prepared wrong. The waitress started acting as if she had checked out, as we were attempting to resolve the issue with my order. When the manager was called over, he responded by saying nevermind what the menu says. That was irritating & on top of that, my good tasted terrible this day. That was kind of disappointing 😞.

  I visited in 06/28/2026 in Memphis, TN. Taylor the bartender on duty was the high point of my visit. She was clearly working short but gave everyone in the dining area around the bar her undivided attention. She is a steelar employee. The front hostess and second hostess were not what customer service should be. The front hostess needs to understand guests do not automatically know game zone colors. The seating hostess needs to learn good customer service versus having a dismissive attitude. Lastly the music was WAY too loud.

  Alegra the server, greeted us at the counter with a very pleasant smile. Immediately she seated us, brought drinks, then took our order and returned shortly with delicious food. She even went above the call of duty by helping my son with his game card, then retrieving him for dinner after he buried himself in the arcade games. Great serve, good food, lots of fun. Go Alegra

  I had a really great experience overall. As soon as we walked in, I noticed how clean everything was. It was also nice and cool inside, which was perfect because it was a very hot day outside. We were seated quickly, and our server was amazing. She was polite, attentive, and stayed on top of everything throughout our visit. The manager also stopped by to check on us and make sure we were doing okay, which I appreciated. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and had great energy. The food was absolutely delicious. The Chicken Caesar Parmesan Salad was hands down one of the best I've had in a long time. A lot of restaurants try to make it, but very few get it right. This one was a 10/10 and is now one of my favorites. My mom loved her double cheeseburger and finished the whole thing. My kids enjoyed their cheeseburgers as well. The BBQ chicken pizza was delicious, the bread was great, and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. No complaints about the food at all. The restaurant wasn't crowded when we visited on a Tuesday afternoon, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 has nothing to do with the food or service—it has to do with the arcade system. I remember when you could simply tap your game card and continue playing. Now there's a 30-second wait between taps on many machines, which became frustrating and made playing less convenient. I also learned that the card readers have different colored lights. The blue and green lights allow regular play, while the purple ones require additional payment because they're prize-winning games. It wasn't very clear at first. A few games also weren't working properly, although that's pretty common for arcades and the staff appeared to be addressing issues as they came up. The prizes are expensive when it comes to ticket redemption, but we still earned enough tickets for the kids to leave happy with a prize. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were top-notch. I'd definitely come back again, and I'd even consider coming with my husband for a date night. Keep up the great work!

  I came here with my family on 6/6 at around 8:30pm. They were checking IDs, and I’m glad to see they are keeping up their policies. They even checked my dad’s, and we were there celebrating his 58th birthday. There wasn’t a lot of kids running around, and it should have been an enjoyable experience. However, we played two games in a row that were malfunctioning. The games still played and took our credits, but we couldn’t fully play the game. When we addressed it with staff, they couldn’t find a manager to help sort out our issue. After finally finding a manager, the manager had an attitude to sort it out for us. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience for the broken games. They made it seem like I was in the wrong for saying something! I would never choose to speak up again. Staff was wearing crop tops and inappropriate clothing. Upon walking out, security was smoking a cigarette right outside the door smoking in the faces of the people whose IDs are being checked. Let alone employees reeking of weed while working in a family-friendly environment. I’m so disappointed that this is the only one in the area.
