  Absolutely disgusting! I went in to this restaurant on May 13, 2026 around 4:00 and the people that was making the order did not change their gloves after the one that was making the order help ring the order up. On top of that the manager, came to help the young lady and while she was helping make the order she took a phone call and did not change her gloves neither which could cause cross contamination. This place has completely went downhill and I will not be returning. They are rude and do not like to speak to customers...too many young trifling employees work there now. I would give this restaurant a negative zero for cleanliness and customer service. Will not be returning.

  Food is SOOOO nasty. The chicken was watery and they barely put 2 pieces inside my burrito and bowl. Waste of money and time. Do not go here.

  This gotta be the worst chipotle in the city especially if you like doing online orders! I usually go to the one on summer. But for some reason, they start closing on Fridays. So, i chose this location. First off, the bag was leaking. I didn't notice it until i got home. Whoever made this bowl, did not care and did not seal it properly. Secondly, They didn't filll my bowl up at all. It was nearly at the bottom. They gave me a decent portion of meat but i seen 10 strings of lettuce, a spoon full of fajita, and a spoonful of cheese. What the hell is wrong with these people? They better be glad gas is high because i would've went up there and went off on all them employees for being lazy. This is lowdown and Trifling! They knew damn well that bowl wasn't full enough especially for no damn $20. I specifically put extra cheese, extra lettuce, and extra fajita on my pickup order. The location on summer always fill my bowl up when i ask for extra. And they did the opposite on popular. Then on top of that, the gucamole i ordered was horrible! And i usually love chipotle gucamole because its flavorful and lime flavored. But, whoever made this batch did terrible. It tasted like straight onions. I tasted no salt or lime. Just straight onions! Disgusting! Next time the one on summer close. I will just not go to chipotle at all. This location and every other one in Memphis is terrible! Yuck!
