- GPGwendolyn “Gail” Pitts2 days ago5.0The young guy that works on the line fixing orders was not polite at all he was very arrogant and rude one of the other workers came and said I'll finish it he could see what was happening after he finished my bowl the rude young man said I got her and rung my order up first told me my order was 20$ I asked did you say 20 because im holding a 20 in my hand cause I just got a chicken bowl the then he said 12 something I passed the money he snatched it dropped my change in my hand never handed me my bag I just picked it up and walked out I will not return to this location long as the guy with the twigs on his head works there he is bad for buisness.

I literally watched two employees shove a lady out of their faces because they “only have 45 seconds,” which I can understand as a business person. But under no circumstances is it okay for employees to literally SHOVE A RECEIPT & CHANGE into a customer’s hands. It’s inexcusable. She was only checking her bag to make sure everything was in there & they basically told her to move. I told them that was rude & uncalled for to which a young lady with locs stated the “45 seconds” comment. Again, inexcusable. This location needs to be closed permanently. I’ll be filing a complaint with the company.

I asked how long on fajitas she told me 30 minutes (during dinner rush) and when i asked if It would be okay if i just ordered through the app so i could get my fajitas she told me there was none over there when it was. I instructed her that i would just order through the app so i could get the fajitas she opens my bowl and puts the fajitas in the from the online line. I been eating chipotle 10 plus years and this specific location always gives me a problem.

The Summer Ave location's employees have very positive attitudes. I'm always an easy going customer and polite. Sad that others can't be the same way. Food is fresh. Customer service/attitudes could improve.
