- SGsarah georgiou2 days ago1.0The service here sucks! If I could give it a zero I would. The past several times I’ve been to this location there has been a problem. I usually get the simplest thing a bag of ice and some drinks. I understand they have a rule where they can only fill up the bag to a certain point but they always have a hard time giving me what I paid for and when I ask it to be filled to the “fill line” I get attitude from the workers. This happened today and I had to ask the girl 3 times to fill it to the fill line. I feel bad having to ask them to do their job but 3 times makes me feel even worse and angry at the same time. Idk what to do! I’m so frustrated.

They did not ask if my order was for here or to go, and they also got my order wrong. I felt like they did not care about listening to what I was saying. The way I was treated was not professional or welcoming at all. I hope management improves the customer service at this location.”
- OGOlivia GreerApr 30, 20262.0I came here today to buy lunch for me and my son! The Hispanic lady in the drive thru rushed me to order my food, called my order out to me and STILL got it wrong. And they didn't even give me my ice cream with my kids meal! Definitely need to have a team meeting about attitudes she wouldn't even show me the menu I had to drive all the way up myself. Will NEVER eat here if this young lady is here!
