- CMCG MartinMay 9, 20261.0The Chick-fil-A location at 4916 Poplar no longer seems to have the same welcoming atmosphere it once had. One of the things customers have always appreciated about Chick-fil-A is the consistent hospitality — being greeted upon arrival, friendly interactions, and management leading by example. Unfortunately, during recent visits, that level of customer service appears to have declined. Employees no longer consistently greet customers in the morning, and management staff have walked past without acknowledging guests. While this may seem minor, those small interactions are a major part of what helped separate Chick-fil-A from many other fast-food establishments. Customer service and culture matter. A simple “good morning” or acknowledgment can make a lasting impression and plays a significant role in maintaining the reputation and experience customers have come to expect.
