- BNBarbara Nash2 days ago4.0Can't remember this visit to Chick-fil-A but their quality in their salads has decreased immensely with bad salad greens. Their reputation is not what it used to be. My last few visits (different locations) were disappointing. I just pick out the bad leaves.
- CBcarol brownlow4 days ago2.0This Chick-fil-A location does not live up to the standards that I'm accustomed to receiving when visiting other locations. Although the traffic flow of customers was steady, the service was very slow, one order window and a pickup window for online orders was utilized. I ordered #1 with extra pickles. No sauce just ketchup for my fries. It wasn't until I had left the restaurant before realizing I had no ketchup, no napkins, no straw. My sandwich with extra pickles only had 3 pickles. Heck it already comes with two. I visited on 05/16/26 @ 2:26pm. Tkt #677662. Unit Operator: Cece Glenn, y'all gotta do better than this. I expect this at other fast food places, not Chick-fil-A.
- AHAutumn HannaMay 11, 20262.0DO NOT EVER USE THE MOBILE THRU. I have been here 4 separate times & used the mobile thru. Every time the back of the drive thru line gets through before me. I live in Harbor Town & was so excited for this location to open so close. HUGE disappointment. TAKES FOREVER. I have never ever had an issue with a chick-fil-a like this. RIDICULOUS.

So my wife sent me screenshots of the order and the Manager Ms. Andrea got the number and was able to look it up and it said it was cancelled we don't know how. So we replaced the order and Ms. Andrea made sure everything was right and we were taking care of along with her MIT who was also very helpful. I would recommend everyone try this location out and we will be back thanks to the amazing customer service done by them.

The employees were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. Everything ran smoothly, and the atmosphere felt upbeat and well-organized. It’s clear there’s pride in both the service and the experience they provide. I would definitely come back.
