  Siempre que pido en linea para entrega , me marca que ya está el pedido listo pero cuando hablo con el repartidor me dice que no es cierto que sigue esperando , a veces me llegan las alas secas con una mínima de salsa y la vez anterior se olvidaron de mandarme todas las papas fritas y cuando marque À la tienda solo el dijeron puedes venir a recogerla , ya casi dos horas después de que mi pedido llego y de que pague la tarifa de entrega a domicilio

  I am highly disappointed in the service from this establishment. I ordered a simple Chicken Caesar Salad online, and was given the time of 4:30 for pickup. I made it to the restaurant by 4:28 went to the counter to let the employee know that I'm here to pick up my order. I was told "its being made." I sat for 20 minutes NO FOOD, went back to the counter and a second employee told me the same thing "it's being made" another 15 mints pass NO FOOD. Managers literally looked at me and said nothing! No may I help you? No what are you waiting on? NOT A WORD. I finally received my order about 5:15 when a young lady that just made it to work ask me what was my order and my name. Absolutely ridiculous!! Get it together Buffalo Wild Wings‼️

  Visited this location I ordered 10 piece wings combo. I waited for about an hour inside of the restaurant. The place was almost empty.i will not becoming back to this location for the following reason. I know for a fact that it doesn't take an hour to cook wings,also the wings appeared to be overcooked. They forgot my sides and drink. Very unsatisfied with the service. The short young black girl up front was very rude and had attitude.

  My last 2 orders I have spent over 45$ dollars and gotten about 2 flats on 40 pieces of wings. I don’t like drummets like that and shouldn’t have to pay extra for all flats just to be accommodated. It should be mixed as half and half. I don’t know if management is having them to do it like that or what

  Family time! Great no complaints! Enjoyed ourselves! Especially for the guys to keep up with the sports.😂🤣
