  This is the worse Bojangles in Memphis so far. Everyone that they hire has bad customer service with bad attitudes. The manager at night allow them to do whatever they want to do. They serve cold fries, overly seasoned fries, tea & lemonade without sugar in it & old lettuce in the they're salad with hardly any chicken in it at night. The morning crew serve cold/raw chicken. They might want to get better because they have much competition in the area & new restaurants are coming to the area sun & people barely come to this new location of Bojangles, plus, they're in a location where many people have cars & get to other places as well as, they don't have a lot of business, including, delivery orders. They act like they don't like their jobs at this location.

  Had to sit outside and wait for my food for an extended period of time. The workers kept coming out and asking “what did I have.” Just to proceed to tell me that the order they have isn’t my order. Absolutely ridiculous!!

  Food was pretty good it was my first time trying it but there was an older lady there this morning that not only made mistakes with my order but exhibited a heavy attitude over me wanting her to correct these mistakes.

  Bojangles COUNT YOUR DAYS!! I visit this location at least 1 or twice a month. On two occasions I've ordered the Boo Berry cookies and on both occassions they've given me biscuits!

  First time at this location since it opened, not a great experience. The person who took our order was mumbling when they spoke . We paid for our food in the drive thru and immediately were told to pull around to the next window.....there's not a next window there's a door in front of the store, we pull around. Where we were told to pull around is the exit of the where other cars pull around and is hazardous to be parked in. We waited for almost 15 minutes for our food as other cars passed by us, my husband decided to go inside to get the food since the parking location was not ideal. When he went inside the food was just sitting on the counter, he checked to make sure the sauces we in the bag, wrong sauce. We get home to realize our food isn't even fresh after waiting for almost 15 minutes. Fries cold, chicken barely warm. This was not a busy time at all, waiting and getting hot food is not a problem but paying $40 for cold food is.This location is not off to a good start.
