  I’m extremely disappointed with the service today. There were about 9 cars pulled over and waiting for tenders, and the wait time was ridiculous. I placed my order 30 minutes ahead of time, yet I still had to wait an additional 30+ minutes after arriving. This is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. If customers are able to place orders ahead of time, they should not have to wait this long to receive their food. It seems like there are not enough employees working to handle the number of orders coming in. More staff are clearly needed, especially during busy hours. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving the wait times and staffing, because this kind of service is very disappointing.

  I’ve eaten fast food for 35 years. Never felt the need to leave a review good or bad. I’ve eaten at this bojangles location probably five times. They have left items out of my order twice going through the drive thru, and just DoorDashed through them and they left the chicken biscuit out of my chicken biscuit combo order. How hard is it to check a receipt and make sure all the items are there? Just go to Chick-fil-A. This location sucks.
