  They never give you a receipt with your order, why would i ask for a receipt when your suppose to provide one then on top of that i ordered lunch one day got all the way home and noticed i had breakfast, when i bought the food back to ask for a refund because i was just going to go somewhere else the manager with dreads said they do not give out refunds that she could make the order over which took to long as well i had to pull up! So no don’t like this location

  A/c did not work in the lobby or the area where the staff was. the staff was sweating bullets and looked miserable and did not look like they should be serving food in those conditions… the store was clean but again the condition of the staff made me question my choices to stick around and get food from this location…

  Chicken strips was way over breaded and like soggy , fries was outstanding nice dining room was clean... Still a BO fan

  I waited 5 minutes at the counter before anyone spoke to me. There was only one other customer in the store and they had already ordered. Food came out in a timely manner, was hot and tasted good. My issue is with the service. This location seemed to be under staffed.
