This is the 3rd time I’ve came to this location and they don’t have the “Waffle Cones.” I don’t know if the employees are too lazy to make them or what. The first two times I came a little later in the night, so I just assumed they ran out. Today I came at 4pm and they didn’t have any. I don’t understand how you can’t provide one of the number one things that sets you aside from your competitors. Especially being in a very busy part of Memphis. I more than likely won’t waste my time returning to this store again.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
