  Where do I start? Food was trash! Obviously old. 1. Fries were extremely cold. Whoever packed them knew it because they were stuffed in the box like it was gonna make them warm. Which was crazy considering the fact that I ordered the potato cakes. 2. Ordered the chicken cordon bleu which was cold, overfried thin chicken with maybe two slices of ham. This was definitely an isolated store issue because I've had this sandwich before at other locations. 3. The jamoca was the color of almond milk needless to say I didn't even bother to try it. 4. My friend got the turkey sandwich which looked liked a 2 year old made it and wrapped it. She didn't eat it of course. 0/10 ... 5. Will not be back!! 6. Do better or close your location. 7. Y'all gonna make somebody sick!!!

  So I was ready to go off on the people that worked tonight, I even called the store and it went to vm, because I asked for extra aju sauce and my door dasher said the person that handed him the food had an attitude. But when I got my food the ham slider was so thinly cut and melted in my mouth along with the roast beef 🤤🤤. I used to work at that Arby's and whomever is in the kitchen 🫡👏👏👏.

  I have lived around here for three years and I can never eat my favorite food which is Arby’s. The employees are horrible and rude all of them especially the girl in the drive thru on may 22nd 2026 at 8:50 p.m. I have encountered her multiple times and I can never seem to order my food and even when I do it’s takes up to thirty minutes while she’s talking to others and on the phone and going back and forth smoking blunts. I feel like this location is losing a lot of money and will be gone soon. It’s a Saturday night and I can’t even eat. So sad. Please fire everybody and bring Arby’s back to greatness.
