  Ordered online. Walked there because dining room hours not posted on website. Got there and dining room locked. Called the restaurant 6 times, no answer. Tried to walk through the drive thru and get their attention but the worker appeared to be in the dining room playing on her phone. Tried to get ahold of them for a half hour. Now I'm out money and have no way of getting my order.

  I pulled into the drive through at 9:15pm on 5/1/26. Not a customer inside or out. I sat at the window until I finally said hello. The woman comes in the speaker and asks if I’m picking up. I say no I’m trying to place an order. She says can I give her a minute in a smart tone. I swear Arby’s need to fire everyone from the manager on down immediately.

  I really want to commend the two ladies at this store they was kind attentive and even thou short staffed they remained in their roles they truly live by the customer always right rule the cashier with the two toned eye shadow and the lady running the drive thru mad love thank you

  Grab your popcorn before you come, they are extremely slow here.

  The fish wasn't freshly cooked nor were the mozzarella sticks which are supposed to be gooey not biting into solid cheese. The items were lukewarm at best. I asked for a jamoca shake and got a vanilla one. I didn't have time to take the order back. The employee was very friendly though, and the drive through line moved quickly.
