So first the line was long (per usual this is out of their control tho) and instead of taking order they just sit there and talk the whole time. We waited at the window for about 10 minutes and they drinks were still wrong. I asked for light ice and it was completely dimmed with ice couldn’t even move the straw around. I ordered 2 coffee (same drink one with oat milk and one with regular) I have an oat allergy so I asked for them to please label it. Once received the drink they were both labeled with “Oat”. Honestly they either need new staff or better training. It seems like they’re just hiring friends since all they do is talk instead in ensuring the drinks are made correctly

Very hit or miss, usually a miss. If you get a drizzle they either put too much in or they don’t even put it in. Also have to check your drink before you leave because they never make it right. I’ve been a few times and neither of those times have they made it right. If it wasn’t out of my way I would go to a different location.

Their motto is “Cultivate Kindness” when I pulled up in the outer lane no one ahead of me so I pulled all the way up I see two employees dancing having a good time look right at me and ignored me and kept dancing. Not very kind 7Brew. Sat there for five minutes before an employee came out apologizing for what the co workers were doing. Do better

This location doesn't accept coupons. I think it's a little unfair that 7 brew mails out all these coupons yet can't list the participating locations. You find out that they won't accept the coupon once you've already ordered and can't exactly back out because you're stuck in a line.
