I had a great experience at 7 Brew Coffee! The drinks were delicious, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was amazing. A special shoutout to William for providing excellent customer service! He was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about making customers happy. I’ll definitely be coming back for more coffee! Highly recommend 7 Brew!

BOGO is when I typically visit because, on my budget, coffee is a luxury. Willliam at the Union Avenue location in Memphis, TN, never makes the experience feel any less special, even when I’m in the longest line with other customers taking advantage of the discount. His positive energy, friendly service, and thoughtful coffee recommendations make every visit memorable, even during the busiest rushes. Will consistently goes above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming experience. That’s Memphis hospitality at its finest—genuine, gracious, and served with soul!

⭐ One reason I keep coming back to WILL aka 7 Brew!!! ☕❤️ Will, who works most weekend mornings at the Union Avenue location in Memphis, TN, is the reason I return! 🙌🏾 His bubbly personality, the way he remembers our names, acknowledges my children, and takes an interest in our lives and updates makes every visit feel special. 🥰❤️ It’s more than just good customer service—it’s the personal connection that makes the experience worthwhile. And let’s be honest… the good coffee doesn’t hurt either! 😂☕ Will is truly a HIDDEN GEM 💎 and a perfect example of how one person can make a difference in a customer’s day. He deserves to be recognized and appreciated for the positive energy he brings every time he’s there! 👏🏾💯 Keep shining, Will! Your kindness and genuine personality do not go unnoticed! 🌟❤️☕

It was my first time there and was not sure what to order but I knew I wanted a frappe. Sommer was the one who explained everything to and was patient while I made my decision. She was very polite and said thank you. Something you don’t hear very often. I will definitely come again!

Very disappointed in this location. I order from here all the time and I always specify in the notes for my beverage to be blended and I've never had a problem until today ! they sent me a beverage that was not blended.. so i immediately reordered and shortly after I received a message from the store on the app stating that they do not deliver chilled beverages. WHICH IS A lie. I get one delivered almost everyday. so when did this new rule magically appear???? very disappointed.
