    If you want a decent meal here, expect the worst. When we pulled up, the speaker refused to take our order, and as we pulled out because maybe it was broken. We turn and see them talking to someone to take their order on the SAME speaker, and after finally getting our order in i thought to myself, yeah! I’m not gonna let that ruin my day! When they were giving my friends sundae to the driver, (basically threw it) the lid WASNT EVEN ON and spilled all over us and as we tried cleaning it, they blankly stared at us and tossed a napkin through the window. Go to the one in jackson, i beg of you. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

    Why don’t you train your employees on how to properly enter special requests into the ordering system? It’s frustrating when customers have to explain to employees how to ring up an order correctly. I regularly order wraps with Big Mac sauce, and for years it has been entered without an issue. However, I’m constantly told by employees that they “don’t know how” to add it. Today, I was told it couldn’t be entered at all and that I would have to get plain wraps with a side cup of Big Mac sauce instead. Knowing this has been done before, I didn’t feel like arguing and agreed. Unfortunately, I received plain wraps and didn’t even receive the Big Mac sauce I was told I’d get and instead, I was given Arch Sauce. This could have easily been avoided with proper training and attention to the order. Please train employees on how to correctly enter customer requests and make sure orders are checked before being handed out. This is extremely frustrating.

    Pickles on a burger that does not get pickles. Also was 3 chicken nuggets short. And “sweet” tea had no sugar whatsoever.

    We had a problem with the drive through person hearing us. Assumed it was the speaker. Until we got to the windo and the person was on their phone having a full conversation, barely acknowledging us. The hash browns was crispy, like a cookie crisp. Won't be going back there again. I'll drive to the one in Jackson.
