  We stopped by this morning heading toward Knoxville. My husband ordered a chicken biscuit meal with an orange juice. The lady who took our order appeared to have used her bare hands in her garden early a.m. Not CLEAN AT ALL! While we stood waiting for our order we noticed above the left register on the wall near screen that it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time..Dust/cobwebs were hanging. The lobby was blank and dosent have a refill station.

  If I could leave a zero, or negative star review I would. I’ve been to this location 5 times in the last two months and each and every time they always forget something out of my order. The food is never as fresh as it should be, and every time I try to go in and inform them of items they’ve left off my order, they’re always rude. This place is just garbage anymore.

  Stopped by to eat in person for lunch. Food took absolutely forever to the point I was debating going to the Hardee’s across the street. Then right after I got my food noticed a mouse running around. When this was brought to the workers attention they refused to do anything and elected to ignore the problem. I promptly dumped my food in the garbage and walked out. Definitely was a horrible experience and I don’t plan on returning.

  Sunday lunch service is terrible , i’m afraid people with bad attitudes are going to spit in my food
