Locally owned meal prep business offering individually packaged prepared meals (pre-order only). Low-carb and vegetarian options available. New menu's are sent out via text at 9am Tuesday mornings. Sign up to receive weekly menus. No minimums or contracts. Selections are due by 6PM Thursdays then your meals are ready for pick-up on the following Monday. Pickup times are 11AM-1PM or 4PM-6:30PM at 1203 E Broadway in Maryville. You will have lunches or dinners or both for the rest of the week. Think of all the extra time you will gain!
