  I’ve tried it on several attempts, hoping it was just “bad grease” but the chemical taste is super strong on the mini taco salads and hard shell tacos. You can smell it as soon as you open the lid. I’m saving it, just to research where to send it for testing. This has been over a year span and same smell/taste. Only location that smells like this. Fill St and Frank St in Alcoa; go weekly and never smelled or tasted this chemical. Napkins came from the restroom; hopefully it was a new batch! It’s worth driving the extra mile for better food. Go Alcoa!

  I've never been to an establishment and been disappointed more each time i've went this is the sorryest taco bell in existence everything i come here which i no longer do consensually the food isn't cooked right and is cold

  Tasha was a delight. Although it was late, she took my order with an amazing attitude and made my night so much better. She is definitely someone worth keeping on the team. Loved her!!
