  Couldn't dine in because they were short staffed. Ordered a new York style pizza and it came out tough and crunchy, the worst pizza I have ever had.

  Retro pizza hut with dine in service and a set up for a buffet. It was a great blast from the past!

  Sooooo not only are yall trying to serve my older parents RAW PIZZA but then when they call to complain you say “the manager is too busy”. Don’t eat here unless you want good ol fashioned food poisoning

  I don’t typically write horrible reviews, but here we go. I ordered a pizza online for delivery. The app said the delivery charge was not a driver tip, and asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the driver with my payment on my card. I typically like to give cash to the driver, but this time it was handy to just go ahead and choose to leave a tip this way. At first I was able to see my order, and how much I paid, as well as the tip. But then the screen changed, and it was preparing my order. I didn’t think much of it until I got a text message about five minutes later that my delivery was going to be delivered by DoorDash. There was a link that I was able to follow for the DoorDash app, and I was able to contact my driver. I wanted to make sure he got his tip and said as much. No response…. - Pizza was delivered late 🤨 - Did not receive my full order (‘I didn’t receive my 2 liter Pepsi) 😠 - Pizza was undercooked and doughy in middle 🙄 - DoorDash driver had no clue about the tip. DoorDash driver said that he only got $7.59 for this delivery and one other, which was why he was late. - I contacted management at Pizza Hut and asked where my tip was. The manager had no idea… stating that corporate has decided to use DoorDash and that he had no control over my delivery. What the heck Pizza Hut? -Manager did state that he would just mark my order as undelivered at the end of the night, and my card would not be charged… this was acceptable, but the whole experience was a complete debacle! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Manager did tell me that I could come pick up my 2 L Pepsi, he did not have anybody that could bring it to me. Why would I do that? I ordered delivery! I was exhausted from a day of moving house, and all I wanted was some pizza and Pepsi. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤨😠🙄 FAIL!!! PIZZA HUT YOU FAILED ME… corporate needs to sort out this mess. Be forewarned and thus forearmed when ordering from Pizza Hut. This was the Foothills Pizza Hut location in Maryville 😐

  Ordered a large pepperoni hand tossed pizza. When it came out, it was thin and crispy. We questioned the cashier that delivered it twice. She assured us it was hand tossed. It tasted fine, but it was disappointing. Seems like they used the same amount of dough you'd use for a medium pizza and stretched it out. Definitely not like the pizza at Pizza Hut back home. The cashier said she would inform the manager. Shame on the manager for not coming out to resolve the issue.
