  This location is awful and seriously needs help the customer service in that building is a joke they seem to only care about the drive through and not the people inside. Fries are cold and soggy and the burgers are never made correctly and when I ordered the 4 piece McCrispy Strips they gave me a 4 piece Nuggets which I didn’t notice till I was already home. I work hard for my money fast food used to be special I shouldn’t feel forced to eat garbage nor get attitude when I ask for it to be made correctly get it together McDonalds.

  Really don't appreciate everything just being thrown into the bag. Especially the fries because they were spilled everywhere on top of them being soggy and not fresh. Also need to work on the fries not being soggy because I had to wait over 5 minutes for what they said fresh fries and they were all soggy.

  The chicken was disgusting and soggy definitely not fresh. And from the look of it. The burgers that my parents got weren’t either The only reason this gets the three stars is because the ice cream and milkshakes were good. And the machine for once wasn’t broken.

  Everything i go through here im missing food from My order. Probably lost 100$ worth of food. Ordered through door dash thinking it would be different. But nope still missing food then get told the only thing I could do is drive up there and they would give me one for free. How about fixing your service. Slow down.

  Last Sunday ( 4/19/26 ) my husband and I, went to this facility around 2 pm. Upon entering, I noticed a broom and dustpan leaning on the wall facing the door. My husband ordered our food at the kiosk while I looked for a good spot for us to sit. The chairs were all smeared with greasy finger prints ( back rest and seat ). The table was smeared with ketchup, crumbs, and grease. We were the only couple plus one guy playing a game on one table. I cleaned our table and chairs. When my husband came to our area to sit, we were shocked to see the quarter pounder we both ordered. THEY LOOKED DISGUSTING, THE FRIES WERE SOGGY. I think, the regular hamburger is quite better than the quarter pounder of this facility. I looked toward the kitchen, there were 4 employees congregating in that tiny place. I also noticed there were only 3-4 vehicles at the drive thru. They were not busy but none of them ever thought of doing cleaning up the place. We both looked at each other to NEVER GO BACK TO ANY McDonald's AGAIN. The quality of their food went down hill and the place is filthy.
